General:

• Most of our classes are mixed age group. Max student to teacher ratio is 6:1. Individual attention is provided to each student.

• All classes including for young children are drop-off, non-accompanied by parents.

• There will be no classes on Singapore public holidays. Replacement classes will be arranged for classes falling on public holidays (fees will not be pro-rated).

• We will assess the student's skills in the trial/ first class and customize the learning plan accordingly.

Fees:

• Fees to be paid in full before the first class of the month.

• Material, registration and course fees are non-refundable and cannot be pro-rated, under any circumstances.

Missed Classes and Replacement:

• Fees cannot be pro-rated or carried forward to next month if the student misses class(es). Replacement class will be offered in lieu of the missed class, subject to availability.

• Parents must give prior notice of absence from class. No replacement class will be allowed for last minute cancellation.

• Replacement class should be taken within 2 weeks (14 days), else will be forfeited (except in cases of long travel (>1 wk), hospitalization or major exams like PSLE).

• Replacement class should be scheduled at least 1 day in advance and cannot be rescheduled once confirmed.

Withdrawal:

• A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for withdrawal from classes. Fees during the notice period are payable regardless of attendance.
  Temporary suspension of classes to avoid payment for specific months is not permitted.

• All artwork of the student should be collected within 6 months of withdrawal if left behind at the center.

Privacy:

• We may use pictures of students and their artworks in promotions, publications and videos including on our website and social media.

• Personal data like phone numbers and emails are used only for class related communications and marketing purposes, and not shared with any third parties.
